Photography Session Fee

• Initial Hour: $100.00 (USD) 

• Additional Hours: $50.00 (USD) per hour after the first hour 

Insurance Requirements

• All photography session organizers must provide proof of liability insurance. 

• Minimum coverage of $1,000,000 (USD) is required. 

• The Lake Courthouse Foundation must be named as an additional insured on the policy. 

Reservation Process

• Photography session requests must be submitted via the online reservation form available on our website. 

• Once we verify availability, you will be notified by email of your reservation confirmation. 

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session fee is required at the time of booking.

Photography Session Guidelines

• Sessions are limited to designated areas approved by the Lake Courthouse Foundation. 

• Equipment setup and movement should be done carefully to avoid any damage to the historic property.

•  Flash photography is allowed; however, additional lighting equipment must be pre-approved. 

• Props or additional furniture brought into the courthouse must be approved by Foundation staff. 

• The premises must be left in the same condition, and any damages will be the responsibility of the session organizer.

Compliance with Regulations

• All photographers must adhere to local regulations and ordinances related to photography and historic property use. 

• The Lake Courthouse Foundation reserves the right to terminate any session that violates these policies or poses a risk to the building or visitors. 

Amendments to Policy

• The Lake Courthouse Foundation reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and posted on our official website. 

Non-Professional Photography Sessions (Outside the Courthouse)

• No appointment is necessary for photographs taken outside the courthouse.

• Photography is free of charge for personal photos taken outside the courthouse.

• We ask for donations for personal use in the 2nd and 3rd floors:

  • 1-5 people: $100.00

  • 6-10 people: $150.00

  • 11-20 people: $250.00

  • Groups of 21 or more: $500.00

Additional Services

• Guided tours or historical presentations can be arranged upon request. Additional fees may apply. 

Liability Waiver (Non-Professional Photography)

By submitting a donation for photography inside the courthouse, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

• The Lake Courthouse Foundation is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the photography session.

• You agree to follow all safety and property guidelines provided by the Lake Courthouse Foundation while on the premises.

• The Foundation reserves the right to refuse or terminate the photography session if any guidelines are violated.
